N-K has three manual vertical insert molding presses - two 250-ton and one 280-ton. Examples of materials that can be inserted into the plastic mold include (but are not limited) to musical wires, bolts, and studs.
Fully-Automated Vertical Insert Molding
N-K has two fully-automated insert molding work cells, equipped with vision systems to ensure optimal quality of all parts during production and packaging abilities for seamless assembly.
